Mens Style Inspiration: The Classic Cable Knit Sweater and Jeans

If there ever were a uniform for fall, the classic cable knit sweater and jeans prove to be a mainstay every season. Men, this combo looks polished every time.

I’m loving the color green right now–in all shades of olive, army and khaki green. Even if it’s not your thing, you may be surprised by its versatility.

Get the Look: My husband’s style is typically very casual as he offices from home. For fall, this is about as dressed up as you’ll see him in an afternoon. Yesterday, we had a chance to sneak out for lunch in the park in downtown St. Paul. Instead of doing a sit-down, we checked out some of the food trucks nearby. It was a bit breezy yesterday–adding a light layer was ideal. This Everlane jacket is currently sold out but is also available in black and navy. Either would be great with this look. Overall, super casual and chic.

Note: Both sweater and jeans run true to size.
